Building remote engineering teams for startups and enterprises
Most tech leaders I talk to don’t have a technology problem. They have a capacity problem. At Singula Team, we build remote engineering teams that feel like an extension of yours — shipping web and mobile products, moving systems to the cloud, and turning legacy stacks into lean architectures.
I started as a hands-on engineer — Ruby on Rails, React, AWS — including time at Babbel scaling infrastructure that served millions of requests a day. Mentoring developers at mkdev and years in business development at Evrone taught me how products get built and how partnerships actually work. Today I’m still a product engineer at heart — just building teams instead of features, as founder and CEO of Singula Team. And I still build things myself: when a client needs a quick prototype I can ship it hands-on before the team scales it.
A podcast about the people running technology companies: what they’ve built, what they know, and what it cost them to get there. Long, unscripted conversations with CEOs, CTOs, founders and senior leaders. Less about the product, more about the person behind it: how they think, how they make decisions, and what shaped them.
